Required to understand the End to End Hiring process.
Ability analyzes system integrations in recruitment technology eco-system.
Have in-depth knowledge of the hiring tools implemented and be upskilled.
Help in training the end users and resolving any query in the process.
Data analysis and representation on usage, adoption, traction, etc
Work closely with the Avature implementation team to ensure we deliver the required functionality with seamless knowledge.
Continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes / programs and create synergies through the use of the system.
Take initiative to understand organizational needs and drivers, identify trends, evaluate practices, document process requirements related to the usage of Avature.
Work with system users and stakeholders to provide troubleshooting, research, and guidance as needed, consistently leveraging best practices.
Manage incoming inquiries to closure, appropriately escalating cases and broader discussions as needed.
Knowledge of PowerPoint & Outlook
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (BSC, B.com, BA, etc)
1-2 experience in Avature or similar ATS tool
Excellent Communication Skill in English (Mandatory)
Flexible with shift timing
