Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. The individual will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their real estate needs, providing personalized property consultations, and closing sales effectively. Daily tasks include promoting properties, conducting site visits, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on local real estate market trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and strong familiarity with the real estate market.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Sales expertise complemented by persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to undergo Training to enhance skills and stay updated on industry standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and regional languages.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
