Job Description :
- Develop and implement legal and secretarial compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise the company on necessary actions
- Manage the company's legal and secretarial compliance activities
- Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
- Provide legal advice and support to the company's management
- Represent the company in legal proceedings
- Monitor and report on legal and secretarial compliance activities
