Looking after our Hobart territory, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our expanding Tasmanian team. Reporting to the State Manager, this is a pure "hunter" role focused on actively identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory to build a robust sales pipeline. This is not an Account Management position.
WHAT YOU NEED TO ACHIEVE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS :
- Drive Sales Growth : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed your territory targets.
- Prospect and Qualify : Proactively research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.
- Develop Solutions : Accurately measure and estimate projects, crafting compelling, solution-based proposals, quotes, and tender responses.
