Job Title : Team Lead Outbound Operations

Location : Hyderabad

Summary :

Amazon is a highly data driven company highly obsessive about metrics.

Job Deliverables :

Conduct daily training and also will be responsible to conduct daily skill huddles

Quality Feedback to associates

Stand-in for Process Associate and the Area Manager.

Skills required :

Knowledge of problem solve tools

Good in SQL Queries math and data analytics

Proficiency in MS Excel ( knowledge of macros is an added advantage)

• Candidates should be willing to work in Night Shift based on requirements
• Bachelors degree
• Speak write and read fluently in English
