Job Title : Senior Manager – Marketing

About The Role
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Manager – Marketing to lead and execute integrated 360° marketing strategies across ATL, BTL, branding, digital marketing, analytics, and product-led campaigns in a B2B, technology-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and analytical rigor with a strong understanding of technology and digital ecosystems. You will partner closely with leadership to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and market positioning while ensuring measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute an integrated 360° marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products and solutions.
- Define annual marketing budgets, ROI metrics, and performance benchmarks in consultation with leadership.
- Branding & Communications
- Strengthen brand presence across all touchpoints, including digital, events, and partnerships.
- Drive brand storytelling, corporate communications, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Oversee content strategy for web, PR, social media, and industry events.
- Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Manage performance marketing, SEO / SEM, email automation, and social media campaigns.
- Implement data-driven marketing analytics frameworks to track and optimize performance.
- Leverage CRM, automation tools, and dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush) to optimize marketing spend.
- B2B Marketing & Technology Alignment
- Create sector-specific campaigns targeting enterprise customers.
- Translate complex tech products into compelling value propositions for different market segments.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and tech teams for joint GTM (Go-To-Market) execution.
- GTM Strategy & Cross-Functional Enablement
- Build and maintain sales, marketing, and customer success dashboards that enable decision-making.
- Analyze conversion metrics and identify optimization opportunities across the customer journey.
- Support GTM campaigns, product launches, and quarterly OKR planning.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver impactful cross-functional projects.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in B2B marketing with both ATL & BTL exposure.Strong grasp of branding, digital marketing, and analytics.Tech-savvy, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex product features.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).Qualifications
