As an Analytics Consultant at EXL, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven consulting solutions that help clients make informed and strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving measurable impact across diverse industry sectors.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and data needs across diverse industries.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality, actionable analytics solutions.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead, manage, and mentor small teams, providing direction and expertise in the field of data analytics.
• Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, automation, and visualization.
• Apply machine learning techniques and statistical methods to enhance analytical outcomes and optimize business solutions.
• Design compelling dashboards, visualizations, and reports to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics frameworks, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Good to have experience in pricing analytics, including price modeling, elasticity analysis, and revenue optimization
• Develop clear, structured, and visually engaging presentations to tell compelling data-driven stories and influence strategic decisions
