• Lead the team by applying technical leadership skills to ensure on-time, high-quality project deliveries, while mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Utilize effective communication skills to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and multi-site teams, ensuring smooth project execution.

• Continue to expand expertise in IDEs, testing frameworks, defect tracking tools, and version control systems to support quality-driven development.
• Optimize the development process and ensure faster, more reliable deployments through experience in cloud-based solution development and contributions to DevOps practices.
• Support the development of CI / CD pipelines, optimizing the software delivery process by automating key tasks and reducing time to market.
