Job Summary
We're looking for a motivated and data-driven Associate Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growth-focused team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing app campaigns across various performance channels, with a strong focus on Google Ads (Adwords). You'll be instrumental in analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics and leveraging AI tools to make strategic, data-backed decisions that drive user acquisition and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management : Launch and manage advanced App Campaigns and other paid channels on Google Ads, setting campaign goals, budgets, and test plans.
- Data Analysis : Act as the GA expert, performing deep analysis of user journeys and attribution models to find useful insights and create high-level performance reports.
- Optimization : Actively manage bids, targeting, and creative tests to improve metrics like Cost Per Install (CPI), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Technology Use : Take the lead in trying out and using AI tools, automation features (like Smart Bidding), and machine learning in ad platforms to consistently achieve better results.
- Collaboration : Be the main contact for performance marketing, working closely with Product and Creative teams to share data and advice.
- Budget Oversight : Handle and manage large campaign budgets carefully, making sure spending is on track and accurate forecasts are made.
Requirements
Experience : 2 to 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a successful history of managing paid campaigns.Platform Expertise : Highly skilled in managing and optimizing complex Google Ads (AdWords) accounts, particularly App Campaigns (UAC / ACi).Advanced Analytics : Strong proficiency and strategic experience with Google Analytics (GA), including setting up custom reports, goals, and analyzing attribution.Ownership & Drive : Must be a self-starter who can take full responsibility for the performance marketing process, proactively finding opportunities and running projects from beginning to end.Technical Acumen : Experience using AI tools, platform automation, and data methods to hit performance targets.Results Orientation : Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing challenging performance goals (ROAS, CPA, LTV).Agency Experience (Plus) : Previous work experience at a marketing agency or digital media agency company is beneficial.Communication : Good communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex data clearly to people who aren't marketing experts.Benefits-
