Customer Handling :
- Identifying the opportunities and sending the commercial proposal to the customers for new orders.
- Following-up with the existing customers for renewal orders.
- Having price negotiation with the customers and distributors.
Follow-up with Purchase Team :
Forward the purchase order, pricing, OPS to the respective purchase team.Monitor the purchase team to follow-up with the distributors for delivery. Following-up with the purchase team for billing of invoices to customers.Coordinating with the support team for installation.After installation follow-up with the customers for payment.Product Training :
Attending product training at regular intervals.Learning new products and technologies.Completing monthly one product certification which is mandatory.Meetings & Reporting to management :
Maintaining customers daily calls report.Submission of weekly reports to the management.Attending daily meeting with the sales manager and two weeks once with the Director – Sales.Other Responsibilities :
Helping the team when they are in field work for any case locks and other general commercial follow-ups.Have to achieve the targets every quarter, in a year.Any other work as required by management from time to timeSkills Required
