About this opportunity :
Responsible for end-to-end KPI monitoring, analysis, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives in the Fixed Access Network Domain. Ensures that network and service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met according to SLAs, supporting proactive and reactive network performance initiatives.
What you will do :
- Monitor and analyse KPIs related to Fixed Access Network (e.g., FTTH, TXN Devices, Routers, Switches, TV devices, OTT, CMTS, HFC Devices).
- Identify performance degradations, trends, and root causes using various network performance tools.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure timely resolution of KPI breaches by coordinating with relevant teams (Field Operations, NOC, Planning, etc.).
- Participate in cross-functional teams for performance improvement initiatives.
- Support automation and dashboard creation using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
- Maintain KPI threshold documentation and update as per network evolution.
- Work closely with OSS / BSS teams to validate data accuracy and reporting integrity.
- Provide recommendations to improve service quality and customer experience.
The skills you bring :
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics & Computer Science5-10 years' experience in fixed network operations or performance management.Understanding of FTTH, DWDM, TV Devices, OTT, CMTS, HFC Nodes)Strong data analysis and Excel / Power BI skills.Familiarity with ITIL practices.Good communication and reporting skills.Ability to work in 24 / 7 operational environments (if applicable).Skills Required
