Position : HR Manager

Experience : Min 8 Years of Relevant Experience in Textile Industry(From Spinning Division more advantage)
Salary : 9 -10 LPA
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end Recruitment and Talent Acquisition for staff and workmen categories.
- Handle manpower planning job postings interview coordination and selection processes.
- Oversee employee relations grievance handling and ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Manage HR operations including onboarding attendance payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Liaise with labour departments factory administration and ensure adherence to labour laws.
- Maintain and update employee records personal files and HRMIS data
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act ESI PF Bonus Gratuity and other statutory requirements.
- Drive HR policies and procedures implementation at the unit level.
