Position : HR Manager

Location : Erode

Experience : Min 8 Years of Relevant Experience in Textile Industry(From Spinning Division more advantage)

Salary : 9 -10 LPA

Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end Recruitment and Talent Acquisition for staff and workmen categories.
• Handle manpower planning job postings interview coordination and selection processes.
• Oversee employee relations grievance handling and ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Manage HR operations including onboarding attendance payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
• Liaise with labour departments factory administration and ensure adherence to labour laws.
• Maintain and update employee records personal files and HRMIS data
• Ensure compliance with Factories Act ESI PF Bonus Gratuity and other statutory requirements.
• Drive HR policies and procedures implementation at the unit level.
