Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Staffing
- Plan and manage the full recruitment cycle job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and on-boarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Promote positive employee relations and a supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement engagement and recognition programs.
- Performance Management
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee productivity and development.
- Support line managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans or training interventions.
- Compensation Benefits
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave, and other incentives.
- Conduct salary benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures.
- Training Development
- Identify training needs and organize learning and development initiatives.
- Manage employee on-boarding and orientation programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous skill development.
- HR Policy Compliance
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Strategic HR Management
- Partner with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Provide HR analytics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
