Lead Software Engineer - Guidewire ClaimCenter

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications within Guidewire ClaimCenter V10 emphasizing segmentation, activities, and assignments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the claims processing system
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of claims processing workflows
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in software development
• Support integration of Guidewire with other systems using APIs and relevant technologies
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members
• Assist in documentation of system designs and technical specifications
