This is a player-coach role for someone who loves being hands-on : leading by example, guiding others patiently, and showing how genuine listening can turn a conversation into a conversion.
What You’ll Do
Coach (≈ 80 %)
- Track conversion metrics, connection rates, and revenue trends.
- Train new team members in empathy-led, education-first selling — “the Hugg Way.”
- Listen to call recordings and share quick 1-on-1 feedback.
- Lead morning stand-ups and end-of-day reviews to keep the rhythm strong.
Player (≈ 20 %)
Handle escalations or sensitive health conversations.Close a portion of high-intent or complex leads yourself.Model how calm, honest communication consistently wins trust.You’ll Fit Right In If You
