Novacore Innovations is building India’s next-generation GPU Cloud platform , providing high-performance compute for AI, ML, and enterprise workloads.

We partner with Supermicro , FarmGPU , and CtrlS Data Centers to deliver state-of-the-art NVIDIA Blackwell and H100 servers with unmatched pricing, reliability, and lead times.

We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative who can take charge of digital lead generation, client outreach, and online presence — helping us connect cutting-edge compute infrastructure with India’s most innovative startups and enterprises.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and industry platforms
  • Manage and grow Novacore’s LinkedIn and online presence — posts, outreach messages, client follow-ups, and case studies
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients in AI, cloud computing, gaming, and enterprise tech
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and structured follow-up cadences
  • Collaborate with leadership to craft custom proposals, partnership pitches, and demo sessions
  • Report weekly on outreach performance, qualified leads generated, and deals closed

💰 Compensation Structure

  • Commission-based model : Earn a significant percentage on every converted client or closed deal
  • Monthly performance bonus : Additional bonus for achieving or exceeding qualified lead targets
  • Hybrid flexibility : Work remotely, with occasional travel or in-person meetings when required
  • High-performing reps can grow into Business Development Manager or Head of Sales roles as Novacore scales
  • 💡 Ideal Candidate

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, cloud services, or tech infrastructure
  • Proficient in LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and CRM tools
  • Confident communicator with strong written and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Basic understanding (or eagerness to learn) about GPUs, AI workloads, and cloud infrastructure
