Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nashik for a Client Relationship Officer. The Client Relationship Officer will be responsible for maintaining and building client relationships, addressing client needs and inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves regular communication with clients, managing client accounts, and providing support to ensure projects run smoothly and client expectations are met.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Previous experience in technology or business consultancy is a plus
