About Colca.ai

Colca.ai is building an AI-powered B2B sales automation platform designed to help companies achieve their sales goals faster and smarter. We automate SDR workflows end-to-end : lead research, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, hyper-realistic cold calls, meeting scheduling — all powered by AI.

We are an early-stage startup with an MVP ready and initial traction with early users. Now, we’re looking for a technical cofounder to join at the ground level and help take the product to the next stage.

Role Overview :

As CTO / Technical CoFounder, you will :

Lead architecture, product development, and AI infrastructure

Build and manage the engineering roadmap and future team

Collaborate closely with the CEO on technical strategy and product vision

Ensure the product is scalable, reliable, and secure

Work with early customers to iterate quickly on feedback

This is a cofounder-level role, giving you significant equity and ownership, and the opportunity to shape the company from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in AI / ML, SaaS, or B2B automation

Strong background in backend architecture, cloud (AWS / GCP), and DevOps

Familiarity with AI / ML pipelines, data handling, and automation workflows

Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in early-stage, fast-moving startups
