We are seeking an enthusiastic  Certificate III Educator to join our team at  Bulldogs Community Children's Centre .

Located at the iconic Whitten Oval in Footscray, Bulldogs Community Children’s Centre is a warm and welcoming early learning environment where strong community connections and inclusive practices support every child’s learning journey.

This is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating roster, starting in early 2026.

About you

  • You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
  • You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
  • You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
  • You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
  • You value kindness and respect.
  • You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
  • You hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.
