About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Associate to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for building relationships, exploring new opportunities, and driving business growth. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, and help create meaningful opportunities for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Opportunity Outreach : Connect with prospective clients through outreach activities, introducing them to our products and generating interest in potential collaborations.
• Opportunity Qualification : Understand client needs and challenges to identify where our solutions can create the most impact.
• Engagement : Nurture prospects who express interest, ensuring consistent follow-ups and helping them progress through the engagement journey.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the internal team to share insights, pass on qualified opportunities, and ensure a smooth handover for deeper engagement.
• Performance Goals : Achieve and exceed outreach and engagement milestones, including virtual meetings scheduled and qualified opportunities generated.
