About Us :

Bidvid is redefining programmatic advertising with AI-driven optimization.

It uses predictive modeling and real-time bidding intelligence to deliver stronger ROI across DV360.

Job Description :

  • Drive digital ad sales across a defined set of industry verticals.
  • Prospect, pitch, and build new advertising opportunities with key clients and agency stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with direct online advertisers and media agencies.
  • Manage the entire client lifecycle—from initial engagement to campaign execution and re-engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to consistently achieve business goals and revenue targets.
  • Ensure a strong and healthy business pipeline at all times.
  • Independently execute the sales plan with accountability.
  • Prepare, maintain, and present regular business reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in corporate digital ad sales.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a knack for delivering innovative content solutions that maximize ROI for brands.
  • Excellent relationship manager, skilled at planning, scheduling, and meeting commitments; capable of scaling brand and agency partnerships year-on-year.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and mature in understanding evolving business needs.
  • A sharp negotiator, fast learner, strategic thinker, and proactive doer.
  • Exceptionally proactive, eager to take initiative, and confident in running with new ideas.
  • Outstanding communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, creativity, and keen attention to detail.
