Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a QSR Order Taker / Captain / Steward. The responsibilities of the role include taking customer orders, assisting in food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. The role also involves handling sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication skills

Sales and Customer Service experience

Food & Beverage service skills

Experience in staff Training

Basic knowledge of Forklift Operation (if applicable)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus
