Location : Noida Office

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Content Writer with a strong background in the IT and software development industry. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in creating well-structured, SEO-friendly, and engaging content that resonates with senior technology and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research, write, and edit high-quality content including :
  • Blog articles on IT and digital transformation trends, Website copy for services, solutions, and landing pages, Case studies highlighting client success stories, Whitepapers and eBooks for lead generation, Email newsletters and thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, target audience, and SEO best practices.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and business-oriented language. Conduct keyword research and implement content optimization strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in technology, IT services, and digital transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in content writing for the IT / software industry.
  • Strong portfolio of published blogs, web content, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Excellent command of English with strong grammar and storytelling ability
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences (from tech experts to business executives).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing principles.
  • Strong research, time management, and editing skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Knowledge of enterprise technologies like ServiceNow, Cloud, AI / ML, App Modernization, or QA & Testing.
  • Experience collaborating with sales or demand-gen teams for content-driven lead generation.
