Key Account Sales (Middle East)

Target Clients : Large Chinese enterprises (e.g, in telecommunications, high-tech, footwear & apparel)
Client Type : SKA (Strategic Key Accounts) / KA (Key Accounts)
Job Responsibilities :
Strategic Client Management Support :
- Oversee support across multiple dimensions such as target setting, mechanisms, systems, and tools for Chinese SKA / KA industry clients.
Full Customer Lifecycle Management :
Opportunity developmentDeep account managementClient status monitoringChurn prevention and recoveryBusiness Strategy Formulation and Execution :
Develop and implement account segmentation strategiesPlan peak season strategies (e.g , Double 11, year-end promotions)Support and execute other organizational strategiesCross-Team Collaboration and Execution :
Collaborate with business regions and industry operations departments to align, integrate, and implement initiatives from corporate HQ and functional teams.Participation in Tenders and Business Decisions :
Participate in client bidding processes and support key business decision-making.Project Operations and Exception Handling :
Monitor daily operations of KA projectsHandle major issues and anomaliesManage client requirements and coordinate cross-functional resourcesJob Requirements : Language Skills :
English proficiency is mandatory (as a working language)While clients are Chinese enterprises, internal and external communication will require strong English skillsIndustry and Client Experience :
Prior experience working with large Chinese enterprises is preferredBackground in serving clients from telecom / high-tech or footwear & apparel industries is a plusWarehouse / Logistics Experience :
Candidates with experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations will be given preferenceNice to Have :
Familiarity with the Middle East market, especially Dubai or GCC countries' business practicesExperience working with Chinese multinational clients (e.g, Huawei, ZTE, ANTA, Li-Ning, etc.)B2B sales or solution sales background, with understanding of enterprise procurement processesExperience using ERP, CRM, or e-tendering platforms(ref : iimjobs.com)
