Senior Brand Manager
Experience : 5-8 Years Post-MBA
Education : Full-Time MBA (Marketing) from Tier-1 B-School (IIM / XLRI / MDI or equivalent)
Role Overview :
We are looking for a visionary Senior Brand Manager to own the end-to-end brand strategy and P&L for a key product line.
This role is a blend of strategic planning, creative execution, and financial management, aimed at driving market share and brand equity in a highly competitive category.
Key Responsibilities :
- Brand Strategy & P&L : Develop and execute the annual and long-term brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and full P&L ownership for the product portfolio.
- Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) : Lead the development and execution of all marketing campaigns (Digital, ATL, BTL), working closely with creative agencies and media partners.
- New Product Development (NPD) : Identify market gaps, lead the ideation-to-launch process for new products, and coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, and Sales teams.
- Market Research & Insights : Conduct deep-dive market, consumer, and competitive analysis to uncover actionable insights that inform positioning and marketing decisions.
- Sales Enablement : Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective trade schemes, promotional materials, and channel strategies to ensure consistent GTM Full-time MBA with a specialization in Marketing from a Tier-1 B-School.
- 5-8 years of core Brand Management experience, preferably within FMCG, Consumer Durables, or B2C internet / tech companies.
- Demonstrated success in launching new products and scaling existing brands.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of marketing ROI and business finance.
