Software Development Engineer - Test III

Job Description :

As a SDET 3, you'll play a key role in building internal tools and scalable frameworks that empower engineering teams to ship reliable, high-quality software at speed. This role goes beyond traditional testingit's about owning platform-level capabilities that support development, automation, and continuous delivery across our products.

You will :

• Tools & Framework Development : Build and maintain internal tools for CI / CD, test execution, remote development environments, and observability. Design reusable automation frameworks that accelerate development and quality processes.
• Experiment & Innovate with AI & Automation : Evaluate and integrate AI-driven solutions to streamline testing, development and enhance internal tool capabilities.
• Own Test Infrastructure & Developer Experience : Develop scalable infrastructure to support automated testing, local dev tooling, and fast feedback loops. Help standardize tooling across teams and ensure it's developer-friendly and efficient.
• Enable Quality at Scale : Define lightweight quality metrics and build systems that support continuous improvement, reliability, and engineering excellencewithout adding friction.
• Mentor & Influence Across Teams : Guide junior SDETs and engineers on testing strategies, tooling best practices, and framework design. Act as a technical partner across product and platform teams
