Role Overview

ArchPro is looking for a proactive and well-spoken Customer Engagement Executive to manage the first layer of lead interaction. This role does not involve sales conversion. Your job is to connect with new leads, understand their basic requirements, introduce them to ArchPro, and seamlessly schedule meetings with the Business Development Team.

You will be the first impression of ArchPro—ensuring clients feel guided, informed, and valued right from their first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with incoming leads via phone / WhatsApp / email within a quick response window.
  • Provide a crisp and structured introduction about ArchPro’s services and processes.
  • Gather essential information about the client’s requirement (location, project type, stage, etc.).
  • Schedule meetings between the client and the BD Team and ensure both parties are aligned.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time updates in CRM / lead trackers.
  • Coordinate with the BD Team daily for updates on meetings and lead quality.
  • Follow up only to confirm meeting attendance (no pressure selling).
  • Ensure every lead is acknowledged, documented, and passed on professionally.

  • Take complete ownership of each lead until it reaches the BD Team.
  • Zero missed follow-ups and no untracked leads.
  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred)

    Candidates with understanding of :

  • Architecture & interior design basics
  • Residential project terminology
  • Construction / real estate workflow
  • …will have an added advantage, as this helps build trust naturally in the first conversation.
