Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced

Java Fullstack Developer

with a strong focus on

backend development

and notable expertise in

React JS . You will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance applications while ensuring the integrity and performance of the backend systems.

As a key player in the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development : Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable Java-based backend systems.

Fullstack Development : Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and React JS for the frontend.

React JS Expertise : Develop dynamic, responsive, and efficient user interfaces.

API Integration : Work with RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.

Performance Optimization : Identify and implement performance improvements in both frontend and backend components.

Mentoring : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Required Skills & Experience :

Backend (Java) : 7+ years of experience in Java development (preferably with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA).

Frontend (React JS) : Proven experience with React JS in building complex web applications (at least 3 years of React JS experience).

Strong knowledge of

RESTful APIs ,

microservices,

and

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure).

Expertise in

database design

and

SQL , preferably with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.

Knowledge of

DevOps

practices and experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, etc.

Proficiency in

version control

(Git) and familiarity with agile tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Experience with

unit testing

(JUnit, Mockito) and

integration testing .

Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, self-motivated, and capable of managing time effectively.

Excellent

communication skills

(both written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
