Role : Java Fullstack Developer (Heavy Backend + React JS)

Location : Work from Home / Remote

Experience : 7 to 15 Years

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Java Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on backend development and notable expertise in React JS. You will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance applications while ensuring the integrity and performance of the backend systems.

As a key player in the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Backend Development : Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable Java-based backend systems.
  • Fullstack Development : Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and React JS for the frontend.
  • React JS Expertise : Develop dynamic, responsive, and efficient user interfaces.
  • API Integration : Work with RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
  • Performance Optimization : Identify and implement performance improvements in both frontend and backend components.
  • Mentoring : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Backend (Java) : 7+ years of experience in Java development (preferably with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA).
  • Frontend (React JS) : Proven experience with React JS in building complex web applications (at least 3 years of React JS experience).
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Expertise in database design and SQL, preferably with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, etc.
  • Proficiency in version control (Git) and familiarity with agile tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, self-motivated, and capable of managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

    9. Have you worked in an Agile environment? If yes, what role did you play in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)?

    10. What motivates you to work in a remote environment, and how do you manage time and communication effectively while working remotely?

    11. Are you comfortable mentoring junior developers? Can you provide an example of how you’ve helped others grow in their career?
