IronPeak Staffing Solutions Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to head our Recruitment and Business Development vertical as a Co-Founder. This role is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to lead and shape the future of our recruitment Industy. The position is on a profit-sharing basis, with potential stock options available over time. As a co-founder, you will play a key role in driving the recruitment process.
Key Leadership :
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies that meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various industries and roles.
- Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of hiring solutions.
Client Acquisition :
Identify and engage with potential clients, including companies looking for recruitment services, by understanding their hiring needs and pitching tailored recruitment solutions.Market Research : Conduct in-depth research to identify new business opportunities and market trends within the recruitment industry.Lead Generation : Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events.Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Proposal Development : Create and present proposals and service offerings to prospective clients, clearly communicating the value and benefits of our recruitment solutions.Revenue Growth : Meet or exceed sales targets by securing new clients and growing business from existing Proven track record in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with at least 5+ years of experience.Experience in client management and building long-term business relationships.Prior leadership or team management experience in a recruitment or HR services firm.Skills :
Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and drive projects to completion.Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS systems, and industry best practices.Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and industry trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance / remote environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Experience in generating leads through various channels, including cold outreach and networking.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales Ambitious, with a growth-oriented mindset and a passion for recruitment and client success.Adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.Strong decision-making skills, with a focus on quality and efficiency.What We Offer :
