Job Purpose :

Design at Royal Enfield is an international effort, and as part of this diverse team you will be working with colleagues in the UK and India to create evocative representations of design intent. We have a rich history as the longest continuously manufacturing motorcycle company, and a great expectation from our customers to steward that heritage into exceptional modern motorcycles. As a Lead Studio Engineer at Royal Enfield you will be influential in the creative stages of the development of new motorcycles, supporting the Industrial Design and Engineering teams in bridging creative design ideas with technical execution, ensuring feasibility and compatibility of new concepts. You are able to quickly create compelling digital models, understanding design requirements and realising them with a high degree of sensitivity to surface, form and finish, and are proficient in outputting these 3D models in NURBS surfaces or Parametric solid models.

• Your main goal will be solving specific design problems and working on whole system designs;

flair, aesthetic judgement and creativity are therefore essential. The ability to work positively in a team will be the real key to your success.
