About the Role

The Community Manager will be the central point of contact for residents, ensuring they feel at home while fostering a vibrant community. Key responsibilities include :

• Building strong resident relationships and driving engagement
• Organizing events and initiatives that create a sense of belonging
• Coordinating with operations, housekeeping, security, and F&B to deliver seamless service
• Managing support requests and complaint resolution via UniLiv platforms
• Assisting sales and marketing with property tours and resident storytelling
