What You’ll Do

  • Own the entire Youtube's platform end to end
  • Optimize titles, thumbnails, metadata, and playlists using tools like VidIQ / TubeBuddy and A / B testing.
  • Analyze traffic sources, viewer segments, and drop-off points to refine content formats.
  • Coordinate with Creator Host, Editor, and Research team to develop deep-dive topics into engaging video series.
  • Design hooks to drive conversion from viewers to app users and newsletter subscribers.
  • Execute a smart Shorts vs Long-form strategy and plan playlist optimization.
  • Conduct A / B testing for thumbnails and analyze cross-channel traffic.
  • Focus on retention analytics to improve watch time and viewer loyalty.

Core Skills & Experience

  • 4-7+ years of experience growing a YouTube channel from ≥100K to ≥500K subscribers.
  • Deep expertise in :
  • YouTube Studio analytics
  • SEO strategies
  • CAR metrics : Click-through rate, Average view duration, Retention
  • Strong understanding of finance or education audiences (or ability to ramp up quickly).
  • Experience with :
  • Script editing
  • Thumbnail design oversight
  • Briefing on-camera talent
  • Managing post-production workflows
  • Data-driven : Familiar with tools like GA4, BigQuery, or similar for tying video metrics to broader business KPIs.
