Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Lead Generation Specialist
with a strong focus on the
India, APAC and US markets
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using prospecting tools, CRM systems, and outreach strategies tailored to international markets. This is a
target-driven role
requiring strong research abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to engage with senior decision-makers across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the
India, APAC and US markets
through online research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, cold calling, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Qualify prospects based on
decision-making authority, business needs, and budgets
Collaborate with the sales team to refine
ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
and target industries for both regions.
Build and maintain a robust
pipeline of qualified leads
to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
Nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and multi-channel engagement.
Track and manage all lead activities in
CRM tools
(Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Work closely with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with regional business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–7 years of proven experience in
lead generation, inside sales, or business development
, focused on
India and International markets.
Strong understanding of
lead generation strategies
and regional business dynamics.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
(neutral / US accent preferred).
Proficiency with
CRM systems
(Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.).
Proven ability to
meet and exceed lead generation targets
Strong
analytical, research, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
