Key Responsibilities
- Configure, design, build, and extend Dynamics 365 CE Apps , including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
- Utilize Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Support customization, configuration, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Dynamics 365 CE applications.
- Assist with testing, deployment, and documentation of new features and customizations.
