Key Responsibilities :
- Implementation, configuration, customization, and development of various components in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
- Analyze business requirements and provide optimal solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
- Design and develop custom plugins, workflow activities, and client-side scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of solutions with business processes.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Support CI / CD pipeline management and deployment activities for Dynamics 365 solutions.
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.Strong techno-functional experience, particularly with Dynamics CE Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.Strong knowledge of .NET and C# for writing custom plugins and workflow activities.Experience with JavaScript for client-side scripting and Ribbon Workbench.Good understanding of Azure functions and experience managing CI / CD pipelines.Excellent communication skills and ability to translate requirements into effective solutions.Preferred :
