STARTEK is looking for Apprentice - Operations to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity across all areas of operation.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, production scheduling, and quality control, to meet production targets and customer demand.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead and motivate a team of operations staff, including supervisors, technicians, and support personnel, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and engineering, to coordinate activities and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies and procedures in all aspects of operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement, and implement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
