Business Analyst

Role Summary

Business Process Automation is recruiting a Business Analyst who will be joining a team of highly skilled technical professionals who focus on delivering solutions to the various business areas.

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the implementation of diverse projects. The Business Analyst will work in a client-centric environment that ensures excellent service delivery for all our internal clients. This role will be responsible for gathering and defining business needs, setting project scope, creating detailed business requirements for implementation by software developers, creation and execution of test plans, system documentation and training / transition of projects to the support team.

Main Accountabilities

• Work with Project Sponsor to establish project scope
• Gathering and documenting business requirements with business partners
• Create and execute test plans to ensure the solutions meet requirements, performance and stability
• Proactively recognize business trends and / or Company policies that affect Business Practices and make recommendations for process / system enhancements
