Job descriptionPower BI : Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling. Microsoft Copilot : Experience using AI-assisted features for reporting automation and workflow optimization. Tableau : Working knowledge for dashboard maintenance and migration projects. SQL & Data Integration : Strong ability to query, transform, and join data across relational and cloud sources. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and visualization skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields. Exposure to Azure Data Services, Dataflows, or Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate). Experience with version control systems (GitHub, Azure DevOps) and CI / CD for BI deployments. Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus. Passion for storytelling through data. Self-driven and proactive in adopting new BI technologies. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality deliverables. Collaborative mindset and eagerness to mentor junior team members. About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Data Visualization and Business Intelligence to join our dynamic analytics team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Power BI, experience using Microsoft Copilot for automation, and working knowledge of Tableau.
This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing scalable BI solutions that empower business leaders with data-driven insights and enable faster decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards using Power BI.
- Create efficient data models and implement advanced DAX calculations to support analytical needs.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting processes and optimize BI workflows.
- Support existing Tableau dashboards and contribute to migration initiatives toward Power BI.
- Work closely with data engineering and business teams to integrate, transform, and visualize data from multiple sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and usability across all reports.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure governance compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and visualization strategies aligned with business goals.
