Power BI Developer - Power Query M

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Data Visualization and Business Intelligence to join our dynamic analytics team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Power BI, experience using Microsoft Copilot for automation, and working knowledge of Tableau.

This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing scalable BI solutions that empower business leaders with data-driven insights and enable faster decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards using Power BI.
• Create efficient data models and implement advanced DAX calculations to support analytical needs.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting processes and optimize BI workflows.
• Support existing Tableau dashboards and contribute to migration initiatives toward Power BI.
• Work closely with data engineering and business teams to integrate, transform, and visualize data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and usability across all reports.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure governance compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and visualization strategies aligned with business goals.
