About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Civil Engineer to join our Solar Project team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising all civil-related activities for solar power projects, including structure foundations, site layout, and execution as per design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute all civil work activities related to solar plant projects (foundations, cable trenches, inverter rooms, control rooms, boundary walls, etc.).
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material requirements for project sites.
• Review and interpret structural and layout drawings for solar installations.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, electrical engineers, contractors, and clients for project execution.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety on a daily basis.
• Supervise foundation casting, module mounting, structure erection, and related civil works.
• Maintain site reports, work progress updates, and documentation for project management.
• Ensure timely completion of civil work within budget and schedule.
