Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Proposal Development : Develop, execute, and present fundraising proposals for corporates, foundations, and HNIs.

Corporate Partnerships : Build, nurture, and grow long-term donor relationships; ensure repeat funding.

Donor Research : Identify and map potential funding partners.

Volunteer Engagement : Ideate and organize corporate engagement activities (virtual & on-ground).

Reporting & Documentation : Maintain donor records, ensure compliance, and prepare professional presentations / reports.

Qualifications & Skills

1–2 years of proven fundraising / corporate partnership experience

(essential).

Strong proposal writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.

Passion for rural development & sustainability.
