Job Description : Hyderabad - Hybrid (Tuesday thru Thursday as standard).

We are looking for a detail-oriented Partner Product Data Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of partner data requests. This role involves close collaboration with business managers, engineering, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data feeds, resolve partner queries, and maintain secure data operations.

Responsibilities :

• Communicate with business managers to resolve partner queries and ensure smooth data flow.
• Manage end-to-end requests lifecycle from gathering requirements, working with engineering to prioritize work, and delivering it to the partner.
• Create, manage, and prioritize the DevOps backlog to ensure the engineering team completes data / DevOps tasks on time.
• Managed and troubleshooted data feeds sent to partners, ensuring accuracy and promptly resolving issues.
• Renew and manage encryption keys, coordinating with IT and business managers.
• Set up data feeds for new partners, including creating login credentials and coordinating with internal teams.
• Address technical questions from partners and deflect them to the appropriate internal stakeholders when necessary.

Requirements :

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
