Job descriptionšBachelorās degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field, MBA preferred. 4ā8 years of experience š¼ in Sales and Strategy Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations. Proven track record in sales operations management, including forecasting, reporting, and process improvement in a global sales environment. Strong expertise š¤in client engagement, account management, and stakeholder collaboration, pipeline management, and forecasting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Work closely with senior leadership, influencing strategic decision-making. Opportunity to be part of a global sales enablement leader. We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Sales and Strategy professional. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling revenue growth, and ensuring alignment across sales and other functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner š¤ with sales leadership to design, implement, and optimize sales processes that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Drive sales forecasting š , pipeline management, and performance reporting , ensuring accuracy and predictability.
- Provide actionable insights through data analytics, sales performance reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and business objectives.
- Define and track sales KPIs / metrics to measure effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Support annual planning , territory / quota allocation , and incentive / compensation design.
- Act as a trusted advisor š§ š¼ to sales teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations .
