Job description

Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations and supply chain management.

Design and implement Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for short- and long-term goals.

Drive operational excellence with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Manage and mentor a high-performing, diverse team to meet business objectives.

Continuously improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with business growth and resolve bottlenecks using data analytics.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving and a proactive approach to supply chain challenges.

Provide leadership, communication, and stakeholder management, including resource and succession planning.

Promote talent development, coaching, and build a flexible workforce model adaptable to market dynamics.

Develop strong supplier relationships, manage KPIs, and implement escalation procedures.

Lead logistics budgeting, cost planning, and alignment with global and local business targets.

Establish a Logistics Quality Management System, address supplier / LSP / warehouse issues, and drive a quality-first mindset.
