Job Description
Principal Responsibilities;
Managing logistics capabilities in – line with current & future needs in accordance with strategy,
responsibility of defining vendor strategy / distribution, overall planning, budgeting, warehousing etc. in the central region.
- Monitoring the CFA activities across the regions
- Strict control on inward and outward stock movement. Lead time adherence for servicing to customers’ orders.
- Handling the secondary transportation, customer services and benchmarks.
- Settlement of customers claims and no dues. Inventory hygiene and control.
- Statuary compliances and safety. Risk management
- Managing logistics spend and collaboration with customer.
- Fill Rate tracking of customer to address RCA in collaboration with customer, KAO, KAM, and Supply Planners.
- In Stock : addressing customer concerns on their Key KPI – In stock.
- Tracking PBNS quantity, chasing appointments and collaboration with CFA for delivery.
- Collaboration with customer on unloading concern.
Supervising; Collaboration with client team, control and customer services.
Primary Interactions;
Internal – CFAs, Sales, KAMs, IT team,Supply Planners, Logistics Managers, PO processing Team, Commercial.
External – Distributors, Modern Trade Customers, Customers Direct chain, CSD Customers.
