Requirements Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in financial or brokerage domains to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, driving project deliverables, and enhancing the functionality of our broking app and website. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver best-in-class trading experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements for the broking app and website, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
• Documentation : Create and maintain detailed requirements, user stories, process flows, and use case documentation to communicate requirements clearly to the development team.
• Project Coordination : Act as a liaison between the business, development, and testing teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all project phases.
• Product Development : Contribute to feature design and prioritization, balancing user needs with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop and execute UAT plans to ensure deliverables meet specifications, assisting with troubleshooting and defect resolution.
• Market Research : Stay updated on broking and financial industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes that could impact the product.
