Business Analyst (LMS / LOS)

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Design wireframes, UML diagrams, and workflow processes to illustrate business processes and system interactions clearly.
• Work closely with development teams to support API integrations and ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
• Analyze, interpret, and validate requirements to align with business goals and compliance standards in the BFSI sector.
• Facilitate workshops, review sessions, and discussions to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions as per documented requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
