Business Analyst (LMS / LOS)
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Design wireframes, UML diagrams, and workflow processes to illustrate business processes and system interactions clearly.
- Work closely with development teams to support API integrations and ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
- Analyze, interpret, and validate requirements to align with business goals and compliance standards in the BFSI sector.
- Facilitate workshops, review sessions, and discussions to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions as per documented requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills and Experience :
3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI domain, preferably within Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), or Insurance.Strong understanding and hands-on experience in preparing BRD, FRD, and SRS documents.Proficiency in creating wireframes, UML diagrams, and workflow documentation.Experience working with XML and API integration processes.Sound knowledge of BFSI business processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Immediate availability or notice period up to 7 days.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related areas are a plus.Exposure to Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.(ref : iimjobs.com)
