Job descriptionElectrical Engineer – Fresher (Calibration Industry). Location : Indore. Industry : Calibration & Testing Services. Salary : As per industry standards (approx. ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 for freshers). Job Summary : . We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer (Female, Fresher) to join our Calibration & Testing team. The role involves assisting in calibration, testing, maintenance, and quality checks of electrical equipment and instruments. The candidate should be eager to learn, have a good understanding of electrical fundamentals, and show interest in precision measurement and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities : . Assist senior engineers in the calibration and testing of electrical instruments and measuring devices. Ensure accurate documentation of calibration reports, certificates, and test results. Work with instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and other calibration tools. Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic devices. Maintain compliance with ISO / IEC standards, NABL guidelines, and company quality procedures. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of calibration projects. Follow safety protocols while handling electrical and electronic instruments. Required Skills & Competencies : . Strong knowledge of electrical basics, circuits, and measurement techniques. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to learn and adapt to calibration processes and quality standards. Basic computer skills (MS Office, report preparation). Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements. Eligibility Criteria : . Education : B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Experience : Fresher (0–1 year). Gender : Female candidates preferred. Growth Opportunities : . Exposure to advanced calibration & testing instruments. Training under experienced calibration engineers. Career growth towards Quality Engineer / Calibration Specialist / Testing Engineer.
