Senior Quality Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Must-Have Expertise :

• Strong experience in testing with a sound understanding of testing processes and methodologies .
• Solid knowledge of UI testing concepts , and practical exposure to functional , regression , system integration , and non-functional testing .
• Proficiency in test case design , test execution , defect management , and tracking .
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar defect tracking and project management tools.
• Good debugging and analytical skills to investigate issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multiple teams and functions.
• Basic scripting skills using Python or any other scripting language (Shell Script, JavaScript, etc.) to support testing tasks.
• Basic knowledge of writing and executing SQL queries for validations (preferably on PostgreSQL , YugabyteDB , or similar relational databases).
• Exposure to UI Automation Tools like Selenium
