What You Will Do

Lead and manage the Technical Support team across PAN India.

Ensure effective customer support for Cavitak’s complete product portfolio.

Analyse customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Collaborate with Product Managers and OEMs to resolve product-related issues.

Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the support function.

What We Are Looking For

A proven leader with 7–10 years of experience in technical support and team management.

Strong background in ELV systems.

Prior technical expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Fire & Public Address Systems, Automation, Audio & Visuals.

Ability to drive and scale PAN India support operations.

Someone passionate about building, mentoring, and growing a high-performing support team.
